We will try to pick the produce out of one of each of these 5 categories:
1. Greens (romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, collards, other lettuces or greens)
2. Carrots, beets, squash, yams, radish or other root vegetables
3. Avocado, tomato, peppers, zuccini or other "fruit" vegetables
4. Broccoli, Cauliflower, celery, green beans, artichokes, cucumber, cabbage
5. Possibly a fruit item such as berries, oranges or apples
We will not be ordering:
1. Mushrooms
2. Garlic
3. Onions
4. Brussel sprouts
5. Asparagus
6. Melons
7. Corn
We would love feedback and requests. While we cannot have everyone be happy with every selection our goal is to keep members happy overall with the variety. So please let us know what bugs you or what you are missing!
In the beginning this is going to be a learning experience for everyone and we want to accomodate everyone since all members are necessary to keep this Club going.
